HOW WE HANDLE THIS

Open Our Data and Security Practices

We handle your personal data, cookies and account security with clearly defined internal procedures.

Data Collection Scope

We collect name, contact details, payment method identifiers such as your UPI handle, and device data. We collect no more than what is needed to operate your account and process your transactions securely.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies for login persistence, analytics cookies to measure page performance and preference cookies to remember your lobby settings. You may manage cookie choices via your browser or the in-platform cookie panel.

Account Security

Your account is protected with encrypted password storage and session tokens that expire after inactivity. We never store card numbers or full UPI credentials — only tokenised references returned by our payment processors.

Data Retention Period

We retain account data for as long as your account remains active and for a further period as required by applicable Indian law. Once that period lapses, data is deleted from live systems and anonymised in backups.

Your Rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections if anything is wrong, or request deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Submit requests via the Legal & Privacy contact form.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about how we have handled your data or applied our terms, raise it with our legal-support desk first. Unresolved matters may be escalated to the relevant authority in your jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.

Switch Through Common Policy Questions

The questions below cover the legal details our account holders ask most often — from data rights and cookie control to account closure and dispute steps. If your question is not here, reach us through the contact paths listed above.

Yes. Submit a data-access request through the Legal & Privacy contact form on our site. We will compile a copy of the data we hold and send it to your registered email address within 30 days of receiving the request.

Send a deletion request via the Legal & Privacy form or by email to our policy desk. We will erase data that we are not legally required to retain and confirm completion in writing. Some records are kept as required by applicable Indian law.

We share data only with payment processors such as UPI, Paytm and PhonePe to complete your transactions, and with identity-verification partners where required. We do not sell or licence your personal data to advertisers or unaffiliated companies.

We use session, analytics and preference cookies. You can manage or withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings or the cookie panel available in the site footer. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to log in or transact.

Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available where local law permits. The laws applicable to your account are those of the territory in which you are located when using the platform. You are responsible for knowing whether use is lawful in your location.

We notify you by email or in-platform banner before any material change takes effect. If you do not agree with the updated terms, contact our legal-support desk to close your account before the change date. Continued use after that date means acceptance.

Transaction records, including deposits made via Paytm, PhonePe or UPI, are retained for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations. After that period they are deleted from active systems. You may request a summary at any time during the retention window.
